MUSCAT TOUR - Cruise Passengers
- The Oman Capital Tour program will start with the pick up from your port terminal, where we will pick you up with our Minibus.
- We will arrive at the beautiful Sultan Qaboos GRAND MOSQUE, one of the largest Mosques in the Middle East and also the only Mosque in Oman open to non-Muslims.
- Once the visit is over, we will continue along the picturesque CORNICHE of Muttrah, with its SOUQ, the traditional market where you can experience the typical Arabian atmosphere and buy typical Omani specialities and products.
- We will continue the tour by visiting the beautiful BAIT AL ZUBAIR MUSEUM with its vast collection of ancient costumes and weapons.
- After visiting the museum, we will stop in front of the AL ALM PALACE (“Flag Palace”), one of the six royal palaces in Muscat, once used as a ceremonial palace by Sultan Qaboos Bin Said. The palace is located in the old city, adjacent to the 16th century Portuguese Forts of Mirani and Jalali.
- We will then cross the historic center with its characteristic houses, before arriving at one of the most beautiful panoramic points of the Gulf of Oman where beautiful photographs can be taken.
